(you know… If the Evil PTB did NOT steer this hurrican into Houston.. One thing I have learnt here.. is that someone SOMEWHERE does have the technology to steer hurricanes, and they are certainly evil for NOT steering the Hurricane AWAY from Houston.. Because the tech and science are definately in place.
