Here on the ground in Italy I would correct this headline to “Banksters force three out of Italy’s top four parties to renounce anti-euro policy”. But whatever the interpretation, the transistion to a multi-currency system, like the one in place for many centuries until the rise of “reserve currencies” is inevitable
