Is it a constant in human experience, that one has to always “break something” in order to “make something”?

Is it possible that the world’s true elites see that the ONLY way to direct humanity to their vision and still retain control, is to break the world in order to then (re)make the world?

Does that explain why wherever you look around the world today so many things seem to be going “full retard” at the same time?
