Oh I can’t help it… the first two movements of Widor’s 5th Organ symphony… another of my faves by the 19the century virtuoso and “grande maitre” Charles-Marie Widor. A real workout, as you can see (I included the second movement so you can watch one of Widor’s tricks called “thumbing”, i.e., playing on two manuals at the same time with one hand):
