@joseph I had an opportunity to ask one of the CERN Scientists a question, here is the question and answer:
This is not a tin foil hat, conspiracy question…. Is there a potential of opening a portal into the theoretical multidimensional multiverse? You have to be considering it, no? I think you would go a long way towards quieting the “fringe” by simply stating that you do NOT know all the potential findings awaiting you. 🙂 Thank you!

Zachary Marshall · The hard part about discovery science like what we do is that you don’t know all the possible outcomes — otherwise it wouldn’t be a discovery! It would be wonderful if we detected extra dimensions, but remember about the scales that we’re considering. When you picture finding an extra dimension or opening a portal you might be picturing Rick and Morty, but anything like that we found would be extremely tiny or extremely short-lived (likely both). Cosmic rays strike the earth at much higher energies than the LHC beams, and we haven’t seen any evidence for portals yet, so if they are there they have to be hard to find!
