Part 2 of ? (*My new book, Inertial Guidance; how vibration, frequency and resonance effect us.)

elevating my full potential, for developing personal accomplishment, even, sometimes, for intimacy with another human being. There was no space for such higher-level thinking, growing, or connecting.
Maybe that was true—maybe in many given moments, I had to focus only on staying physically alive. But it was exactly because of those experiences that I now need to reach out to speak greater truths. Because I have witnessed great beauty and experienced extreme trauma, I now seek deep knowledge. Allow me to explain.
Over my twenty-five years in careers that forced me face to face with other soldiers, criminals, and my own fears, I picked up a lot of skills that allowed me to meet Maslow’s foundational physiological and safety needs, including the most drastic of these: meeting my needs at the expense of another human’s, that is, incapacitating or killing another person in order to stay alive myself. With blade or stick, gun or bare hand, I learned thousands of ways to stop an opponent. For a quarter of a century, I operated in survival mode.
And then I realized I was really operating within a mission prescribed by outside forces. What was the point of this position I was in? To make my employers more money? To gain them more land? To kill or imprison another person ostensibly to protect “my side’s” freedom but most certainly at the cost of that other’s freedom.
Suddenly, I couldn’t kill even for food. When I was stationed back home in the United States, I would take one deer a season for my family and one for the local homeless shelter. One day, I was sitting ready, and I heard the rustle of leaves and the snap of twigs as a large animal moved nearby. I raised my rifle and saw the warm brown of a buck perfectly aligned in my scope. My pulse throbbed in my index finger, solid against the trigger. I swallowed. I inhaled. And something deep within me—my soul, I now believe—said, “Kill nothing ever again. The world as it is, is beautiful.”
In many ways, this book is my heart of darkness journey. In striving toward the light, I find my own personal ascension and evolution. In sharing it, there is the completion of a circle. From me to you. Through my sharing, I become more, as, I hope, do you, the knowledge of which will, in turn, help me.

    Introduction to Resonance
Let’s begin with a key of this book: everything in the world vibrates, and understanding what that means for us is crucial. Control that vibration coming from you and you may master the entire universe. Not only because you can then work with others’ vibrations but also because you can work with—wait for it…the entire universe’s. You reach a harmonic state, entropy, when you are in sync with the universal energy, and that is perhaps the most important thing we can accomplish within our brief stay in these human bodies.
Now, when I say vibration, you may think first of sound, how you can touch a speaker when music is blasting through it and “feel” the beat. You may think only of sound. That’s okay—that’s how far most of us were raised to consider vibrations.
But I’m here to tell you that everything vibrates—water, hair, rabbits and ducks, molecules and atoms, steel and plaster, wood and aluminum. We vibrate, even when we are silent, even while we sleep. Sounds rather esoteric, ungraspable, not real, doesn’t it? So, to picture it, consider the heart. Our hearts pump when a pulse of electricity fires from the nervous system. That’s a good example of something that seems midway between “real” and “magical.”
