RFK Jr and ICAN (icandecide.org) sued HHS (apparently tasked with performing vaccine safety oversight since the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act gave vaccine makers and those administering them significant tort protections) for documentation of such activities and recently, in settlement, was given documentation essentially establishing that no vaccine safety monitoring efforts have been conducted by HHS for the past 30 years. Probably not surprising to anyone here, but perhaps this is a significant step.
