It was only when my own investigations led me to look into Dr Persinger’s work more deeply that I realised the full significance of his work. Many of his publicly available findings and statements were expressed so moderately that they barely proclaimed their own implications. The attached article, if you read between the lines, may explain why this was so. It seems he had to struggle against a science faculty dominated by a materialist-reductionist ethos, not to mention the usual nonsense that plagues academic institutions in the West these days, of course.
