Ok!!! As a rancher and former organic farmer, this pretty much takes the cake for me… We are talking a bird that CANNOT BREED NATURALLY BECAUSE IT HAS BECOME SO BREAST HEAVY (due to requirements by consumers, or so they believe) that NEARLY ALL THANKSGIVING TURKEYS ARE BRED THROUGH AI AND HATCHED IN A COMMERCIAL HATCHERY. I realize that I am “shouting” but this whole getting to know what you eat has become insane.
