Someone who previously engineered the overthrow of Empires and much later the overthrow of the Soviet Union is busily working to break nations apart into small tribal units and likewise seems to be working to break apart the largest nations like the USA and PRChina. Who are they? Why do they want the world broken down into smaller and smaller pieces?
