The lecture is long, detailed, and requires a healthy background in the physical sciences, however, if I may reduce it as succinctly as possible: in the course of the last decade the electrical grid is being engineered as one, a weapon; two, to fail when the appropriate measure is induced (EMP, solar burst, etc.).
