Here’s a nice performance of the Mozart Fantasia for organ at Widor’s organ at St. Sulpice de Paris, at 29:50 into the recording (the link to the exact spot is in the link below the video feed); it’s interesting to hear this piece on a French romantic instrument rather than a Dutch or German baroque one, and I have to say, the Cavaille-Coll does it justice:
