Here is a question I have always had about the past. All over the Earth can be found huge piles of broken animal remains in huge fossilized piles of bones indicating that at some point a world wide catastrophe occurred killing them off and piling the carcasses into huge heaps. It appears to have occurred several times millennia apart. The question I have is where are all the human remains which should have been found in similar finds if, indeed, there were (advanced?) civilizations existing at the time the event took place. None have been found that I know of which would seem to indicate that there just weren’t that many of our ancestors around at the time these events occurred. This would seem to indicate that our current civilization is the only one which has managed to reach such a large population during the interval between catastrophes. This might indicate that we were either seeded, genetically modified, or created shortly after the last such event or that those who came before us went elsewhere to escape their doom. We may never find the answer to this riddle, but it is fun to contemplate.
