Interesting new cyber security development from China …
Could it be China’s Act 2 to Russia’s “local payment processing requirement”? Also interesting, but unsurprising to see the Economist’s negative take on it. Somehow, when countries in the EU and Australia etc. enact tough legislation about keeping data locally, it is hailed as protecting citizens’ privacy… When the Chinese enact the same sort of thing, it’s a “dark” agenda. The hypocrisy and bias of the controlled media!
