Xenophon (or anyone else wanting to send me snail mail): You may send any mail to either of my publishers directly, and ask them to forward it to me. PLEASE put your mail in an envelope, and include enough postage for them to forward mail to me. I recommend (1) Putting your mail into an envelope addressed to me, but leave space for the publishers to write in my address. Also on that envelope include enough US first class postage so that all they have to do is fill out my address, and drop your envelop in their mail. Put all this inside ANOTHER envelope which you mail to my publisher, with a letter requesting it be forwarded.
