    Russia to target YouTube, Facebook and Twitter – A legislative bill to slow internet speeds, and impose fines against YouTube, Facebook and Twitter is in the works. The bill would impose fines for violating fundamental human rights and freedoms in Russia for discrimination against Russian media reports.
