    Gorsuch has provided a bit of relief in the concurring SCOTUS opinion to enjoin Cuomo:
    “[e]ven if the Constitution has taken a holiday during this pandemic, it cannot become a sabbatical.”
    and perhaps the legal line of the year
    “Who knew public health would so perfectly align with secular convenience?”
