When I was 20 years old Star Wars was the movie that made a cultural impact that lasted for decades until Disney drove it into oblivion by a wokeness agenda.
I wonder if the game Cyberpunk 2077 will do the same for the blooming youngsters today? If anything CDPR is good at simulating the world digital. No company comes even close in doing so. To emulate a cyberpunk world at a time so many people are cut of from one another in lockdowns with lots of time to play might be perilous!
The rabble-rousing elite like simulacra, especialy agenda driven simulacra, molded to fit their agenda. They tried their best to get the Polish CDPR firm to do just that. I am not convinced that took and trouble might occur when people of every walk of life can thru simulacra get a taste what a tecnocratic world looks and feel like today.
