I just saw this post by the actor Morgan Freeman he says learn to control your breathing ,,,as if we’ve never heard that before ,,,I sat and looked at it for a few minutes and then wrote to him,,,,my breathing is getting progressively more rapid because I’m watching my country go to hell.
