I think it is important to listen to Vladimir Putin in his own words… since we rarely get to hear them in the West. In the following speech Putin is aptly describing the Belgian and Swedish societies (and a few dozen others) but I think it is clear that he is especially speaking of the USA and its anglophone allies:
