All N.S. schools, non-essential stores to close for 2 weeks as entire province locks down.

Nova Scotia has a population of approximately 940,600 people.

    • Testing the waters? Of course not! The army is just helping out. Oh you silly gooses with your tinfoil hats.
“It isn’t clear exactly what role the Forces will play in Nova Scotia’s COVID-19 testing efforts. The federal government is also deploying military medical personnel to help Ontario’s beleaguered health-care system, and Trudeau said Ottawa is “standing ready” with assistance for Alberta, should it request it.”

      • The prisoners loose their privileges because…?

        • I really wish luck to our neighbors to the north, or at least better than this. CA-NZ-OZ-UK all seem to have been chosen as special testbeds for jackboot tactics. Maybe because, aside from the U.S., they’re the countries with the strongest traditions of civil liberties and parliamentary democracy, which aren’t compatible with Globaloney’s fantasies about the future? (Hmm… I wonder what else those countries have in common.)

            • A history of authority figures to ceremoniously revere and obey?
Once the god factor is removed from the psyche and the internal reference for guidance is gone, the individual is at the mercy of outside influencers. Notice how the word “influencers” has cropped up and those tagged thus are either propagated or silenced according to the pushed narrative?

                • Yeah, I was thinking a monarchy and strong ties to the City of London.
As a general rule, people always look for a reference for guidance, and always look for religion. If they don’t follow a traditional religion, they’ll find some substitute or else end up in nihilistic despair. The latest “religion” is critical social justice and identity politics. Another internal compass people can use is rational thinking, but that requires education, which is mostly a thing of the past. So people are more rudderless than ever, as well as being addicted to social media and group approval; hence they’re easy fodder for the “influencers” that the controllers allow to have a platform.

                    • Perfect analogy. If you and I understand the ruse, what’s keeping the others in the dark? The influencers?

                        • Herd mentality. Going along to get along is easier than taking the time to think about something…now, what’s on tv?

                          • What Bluenose said… as well as lack of knowledge, interest, time, and/or energy, plus a lifetime of propaganda (including today’s influencers).
