“Wood is good”
Like any natural resource , it has its ups and downs. The biggest “down” isn’t financial, but a negative public perception put forth by so called environmentalists. This location seems to be too far out in the boonies for the green crowd to bother with. Besides, who wants to deal with hordes of biting insects? Not the greenies, just the workers who keep our economy rolling.
