  Interesting that RT should publish this. In a Project Camelot interview, Valery Uvarov, who is allegedly best known as the head of the Department of UFO Research, Palaeosciences and Palaeotechnology of the National Security Academy of Russia, official UFO disclosure in Russia took place several years ago. Is Uvarov credible?
