    Athanasius Kircher is mentioned in The Tower of Babel Moment. A very interesting character. I’m reading Athanasius Kircher The Last Man Who Knew Everything. His prints are mesmerizing. Check out his Sunflower Clock.

  The one illustrating the fire inside the earth reminds me of one of the Scottish carved stone balls. Correlation? Something to ponder further.
