I LOVE this in the character of the English. We don’t realize it but all the way up to WW2 people used to regularly break into song in small groups of friends, even in the US…its been mostly lost…tho can’t be forgotten totally.

Yes, people take themselves too seriously these days! If this song catches on, it could be quite powerful. It’s the fine art of the bardic mock that the west have, admittedly distorted probably, like you say, since WW2, so it’s lost its impact now. Maybe the people can restore it. Makes me think of the Hunger Games’ mockingjay

Belgium still asleep but at work they are rallying again for a nose bang bang. The last one was 3 weekes ago and we are down to the lesser people performing it after an online course. There’s also a massive one in Dublin today – their politicians got caught at a big summer golf do whilst they were supposed to in lockdown so that’s going to be a very angry protest.

The thing I love about Carlson is that “hmmm, I’m confused” expression on his face he wears throughout his presentations — but he clearly knows exactly why the contradictions he’s addressing exist.
He’s the only mainstream commentator I can stomach at the moment.-

I am impressed – not one of our politicians/media personalities (apart from an ex-actress who has come out to slate and predictably been preyed upon by the wokiests) have even questioned the narrative and no one believes the narrative! Thank god for him!

I’ll just sing into my cell phone. When they first came out I worked in downtown Houston. The only way I could tell the homeless who talked to themselves from the new owners of cell phones was how they dressed.
