      Just received his other book, The Splendid Blond Beast, purchase there too. It was a withdrawn book from Landmark College in Pitney, VT. I did a search on the college. It’s the most expensive college in US. The specialty is for students with learning disabilities. $75,000 per year. I guess not much interest there regarding history of the Right Wing political ideology in America.
