Thanks. I saw this article and had also heard Catherine Austin Fitts mention in an interview (Forum Borealis) about the channeling of black black budget to India and China space programmes and the resultant fast track acceleration…. so I guess it’s not entirely unexpected.
Also there have been the discussions over the last several years of the IMF with China about the yuan currency being included in the SDR “basket of currencies” (covered for example here: http://www.cnbc.com/2015/11/28/imf-expected-to-include-yuan-in-sdr-currency-basket.html), which also makes this not too surprising.
This all leads back to the longstanding connections of the “communist” oligarchy in China with “western” financial clans.
