What is interesting to me about this leak from Wikileaks is the timing: Russia has an election next year. So, essentially this is the same kind of release strategy they used in the US election, that is, release damaging leaks leading up to the election. This hints at a larger strategy being pursued by Wikileaks:

We may soon hear the MSM announce – disguised at first by smirking remarks about “SMERSH” – that some non-State players actually do exist out there, and may have off-world components. And they are NOT the “white dragons” 🙂
This has no effect on election. Russia is a different kind of country 🙂 74 years under communism changes people, this kind of revelation just make them say something like “Da da da, so what? Now let´s taste some good homemade pickles.”
