As for India, there must be some little known connections. As I commented under another post here, there are certain Himalayan resort towns where many young people, after being traumatized by their compulsory Isr@eli military service, go to “recuperate” and the local authorities turn a blind eye to “wild” behaviour (though some hoteliers are less tolerant).
