    Not that I have anything against Kazakhstan growing and developing….. BUT there must be some British oligarchy money involved for the BBC to be profiling their capital, Astana, this way.

      Though it is not the “illuminati capital” as some have depicted it, we might speculate that according to those who planned, commissioned and paid for this rather crass, inhuman pile of steel and cement, a sort of 21st cent. Brasilia, the use of numerology, architecture etc. could somehow attract power to the city. In the meantime, the kickbacks on the construction works must be TRULY gigantic.
