    Al-Waleed bin Talal is the owner, with Bill Gates, of the top 5 floors of the Las Vegas Mandalay Hotel… MGM owns the rest of the bottom (and the CEO sold all but $2mil in shares just before the shooting spree…. HMMMMMM?
