      David Stockman calls the bill meretricious. I had to look up that term but it sums up the situation perfectly. It will do nothing for the economy, does nothing to reduce spending or BORROWING, and only the 1% will get any real tax benefit. In fact, it will be financially deleterious to the top 10% who are the ones who actually hire. Just like their voting to suspend Obamacare when they had a President who would never sign the bill, the GOP have created a bloated smoke and mirrors bill that will do nothing… and THAT is why McCain has agreed to vote for it.
