Yep! Most definitely! I normally sleep very deep and long but in the last week or so I’ve been waking up many many times in the night, checking the clock, convinced that it should be earlier than what it reads. My husband’s insomnia and nightmares have returned. Oddly, on his last sleep-shift, he slept very well. I haven’t considered that it might have something to do with our home. I’d hate to think that we’re being targeted. Actually, I cannot really believe that at all. Must be something else ..
