Afghan President Fled with $169 MILLION in His Cash-Filled Helicopter. Ghani fled the country on Sunday night saying he wanted to avoid bloodshed. However, it has now emerged that he has been given asylum in Dubai on “humanitarian grounds” after he managed to escape carrying a staggering amount of money.
