It seems that david icke dot com has gone down (or been taken down-error 502). Just the other day, there was an article somewhere saying that the “tracking system” would be tried on the Isle of Wight. Which happens to be where Icke lives.

I accessed his website just now and was redirected to a cloud based “checking website” pop up Closed out, then accessed again and went right to his website without the pop up…guess the site is being monitored.

Update from Italy: on Monday 18th May all businesses and factories will be able to re-open. Of course, this being Italy, there will be “safety procedures” hastily cobbled together, the violation of which may be punished by fines, just to remind people that the bureaucrats are (momentarily) still in control.

According to D. Dubyne this ancient phemenon is cyclical and linked to changes in rain patterns. On the other hand, “somebody” (using frequencies?) could be giving them a “nudge”. Remember all those references to “swarming” in the psyops world?

Yes, the large format that Joseph did not want has actually turned out to be serendipitous, highlighting the illustrations and making the tables easier to read.

I agree. The larger type made it much easier for me to read, especially at the speed I used to read when my eyes were better. It is a Bit Chute getting old.

Now while on this website we usually tend to look at the worst-case scenario, as mooted by NN, this intiative, involving the relatively small amount of 138mn, could be the usual “boondoggle” to distribute funds to certain parties for projects that may never be put in force.

I suggest following the insurance trail. While facilities may get special medicaid payouts for themselves, ordinary insurance policy holders may find they are “getting a haircut”, since a “pandemic” may be a cause of “force majeur”, like a war etc., that enables companies NOT to pay out compensation.
