We must hasten to point out that a judge or a D.A. come into contact with a lot of people who are of course “innocent until proved guilty”. Though to paraphrase Animal Farm, “some pigs are more innocent than others”. If top oligarchs number say 3,000 people who have a nodding acquaintance with one another, this would be about 0.001% of the overall population…
