    So, the allegedly military grade lethal substance supposed to have been used by Ruskis in the provincial English town of Salisbury, will be “cleaned up” weeks after it was, according to the story, placed in a restaurant. Cleaners are the Department of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. Very appropriate
