Days after the Korean summit, Japan, as a de facto nuclear power, has said it wants to “allay US concerns” over its plutonium. According to B. Fulfold, the US-Nork meeting is really about stopping an increase in Japan’s nuclear capacity (which according to that journalist is what the world considers to be North Korea’s nuclear capacity…)
