If Mr T comes to say that “NATO” is over and the little boys quietly go home, this will just show that what opposition to it has been saying for years is true, i.e. it is not an alliance but just a U.S. policy instrument. Or will the aspiring “Charlemagnes” step forward as the new bosses?
