Years ago I used to hear Tim Rifat on Rense radio and was never sure if he was truthful about being targeted with energy weapons or just paranoid and overly dramatic. So, I was surprised to see him featured on the odd Bases series, rambling on about Rothschilds, super soldiers, psychic energy and how to turn it against them. His explanation is incomprehensible to me and I’m still not sure if he’s imagining it or if the science is real. Anyway, here’s the video (first time I’d seen him in person).
