In the new “X series”, already linked previously here, Daniel Liszt says that the “UFO files” are a common factor linking the Kennedy-Khruschev meeting, the Reagan-Gorbachev meeting and the recent Trump-Putin summit. All three involved face-to-face talks without any staff present. And this could explain the hysteria of the “establishment'” reaction much better than any hypothetical “defence” spending cuts. In this scenario, the panic represents the reaction by the “owls” (i.e. those wishing to control secrecy regarding advanced technology and cosmological issues) against any attempt by the “roosters” to talk openly about these things.
