If the current president is really pursuing one-sided “revolutionary” control of the country’s mineral wealth and atomic resources, he will not be around for long. If there is some undercover agreement – likely in a complex society like S.A. – it is just the usual ploy to reassert control over strategic resources. The present-day “Warburgs” have no qualms about supporting Nazis or Communists when it suits them, and making money on the side.
