    • If the idea is to launch long-range missiles from merchant vessels, this would potentially put in harm’s way every container ship in the world that was carrying a container loaded at a Chinese port. Would that be compatible with the laws of war?

      • According to Bill Gertz, “the Russian Club-K cruise missile also uses a launcher disguised as a shipping container. Israel also is working on a container-launched missile called the Lora.” Presumably, The United States Corporation also has one, if it wants one.
