McCarthy book and “yellow seal dollars” used in occupied Europe. There is a market for these and they are sold on ebay. Here is a link from an Italian numismatic forum where the collector says he acquired them to complete his collection of “AM Lire”. These are 1-5-10 Treasury Silver Certificates dated 1934-1935. Though we might suspect they were printed AFTER those dates.
