Sorry @Joseph but there is an EGYPTIAN CONNECTIONS for those bits of protein everybody is talking about. Italian author Maurizio Blondet has pointed out that the USN bio unit called NAMRU transferred last December from Cairo to the base located in Sardinia. That entity was the object of controversy in Egypt. Their logo shows Imhotep and his hieroglyphic cartouche. The article is in Italian.
