    Serco, the biggest corporation you never heard of. Also handling prisoner tracing and “contact tracing” – much the same thing.

      Ultimate capitalism. Sign a huge contract for something you know is an utter sham, collect the money, and wait. I am sure their attorneys have already worked out the details.

      I think they lost their N_A feeds, their C_A feeds, and this contact tracing opp is an intel effort to rectify that.
