    I think this scam is all but guaranteed to happen, and the public’s going to be begging for it. Couldn’t be simpler:
    (1) Create Great Depression by endless lockdowns (blame the virus).
    (2) Wait for public outcry for govt relief (now you can say they asked for it).
    (3) Offer digital payments to those in need (cast yourself as the good guy).
    Just one catch: The money’s gotta be digital. The better to track-and-trace you with. Oh, and if you get outta line, all we gotta do is press this button and your digital credits disappear.
