Here is a discussion topic: could the wonky “statistics” being put out purely to bolster a political narrative and to fuddle the popular perception of reality (at the best of times rather unstable), be interfering with the aether or “medium” seen as a “number matrix”, not only because of the impact on the collective awareness – something propaganda has been doing for a long time – but because of a “multiplier effect” as “cyberspace” is used as a sort of echo chamber ?

    • Spot on. Thus alter history.

    • In short, I think you’re on to something— identifying another part of the cosmic war feedback loop. The “stats” are multifaceted from my perspective. Strictly in political terms, they’re used to emotionally defeat those who support their opponent, rendering such now hopelessly hopeless. But more to your twiggy speculation, these stats seem ever so “sympathetic”, as they often drip with hidden meaning once they’re unveiled. Admittedly, I haven’t followed them too closely this go around as the whole circus is quite revolting, and these sorts of things are almost guaranteed at this point. But I’m quite reminded of the works of Fludd, Bruno, Agrippa, and those Magi who came before, etc. (i.e., terra-celestial and super-celestial rites). These numbers do seem to be speaking numerical “death” into the Medium, or whatever is that which is the opposite of our beloved torsion affekt.

    • Could you explain that one like I’m 5? I’m intrigued but not sure I grasp what you are saying….

      • What Joseph is saying about “A.I.” could be applied to the entire cybersphere, which started with analogue computers and took off with electronic data processing on a binary basis (only one of the possible numerical realities). As Light says, numbers have a “hyper reality” aspect that has long been investigated. So this all-pervasive use of binary computing has created its own reality, coherent within itself but ignoring the rest of the cosmos. So it is fragile; so the obsessive injection of models that are so evidently faulty (like the Rona figures on “cases”, but we could add algo trading) could gum up the works…
