A while ago somebody mentioned injuries caused by those electric mopeds. Well, now one of these blew up in a bike shop in the city of Bologna, fortunately no injuries… wonderful “green” batteries

  Dana, I have been raising the issue occasionally. They get away with “murder”! No helmets, on the sidewalk, more than one rider at a time, no motor vehicle insurance, no motor vehicle registration, no motor vehicle taxes, violate common courtesies, violation of different laws, etc. etc..
