I too am somewhat skeptical but as the good Doctor says “being good doesn’t mean being perfect”. She DOES “game the system” for treats after going outside. It’s been a struggle to house train her, and then also to try to get her settled down from whatever abuse she had before. Plus I’m still leaning her moods and whines and so on.
